Fertility Tests for Men 

Tests to find the cause of infertility in men include:

Semen Analysis 

This test is to check for sperm-related problems, such as low sperm count or sperm that is not moving properly.

Chlamydia test 

Since it may affect fertility chlamydia test will be done to check.

If you have chlamydia, your doctor  will prescribe antibiotics.
